Question: I lost my entire lower lobe of my ear in a recent car accident.   When reconstructing my ear, what tissue or materials are used to repair missing ear tissue?

Answer: In general, the best reconstruction uses tissue which is around the ear.  This gives you the same color match and texture.  The amount of tissue lost will determine exactly what is needed to reconstruct the earlobe.
