Question: Ever since breaking my nose years ago, I have a slight C shape bend. How would this be fixed?
Answer: A C-shape deformity is very common and can occur after nasal injury. Depending on where the nose has been injured, surgery will need to be done to make the two sides symmetrical. This may involve cutting cartilage, adding cartilage or using grafts. Occasionally when the nose is very crooked, cartilage must be laid on the top to create the appearance of a straight nose.
