Question : I have a small nose that seems right for my face but the tip is a bit bulbous and my nostrils are a little large. How would this be fixed and what would the recovery be like?
Answer : If only the tip of the nose needs to be fixed, a tip-plasty can be performed. This involves reshaping of the cartilage of the lower nose, or the lower lateral cartilage. This can reshaped using a variety of sculpting, suture techniques and grafting and recovery is usually very good.
