Question : I am of Asian descent and unhappy with my nose. I would like to have the end of my nose changed so that it has a more pronounced nasal tip. Can this be done without any incisions? I have great skin and do not want scarring.
Answer : Rhinoplasties can be done with an endonasal approach without involving any incisions on the outside of the nose. Occasionally, an external approach rhinoplasty is needed with incision on the columella. This does create a small incision and scar. However, in general, this heals very well. Some of the newer techniques involve just injectables to try and reshape the nose. This can all be explored.
