Question: I’m 43 and underwent a brow lift 4 months ago. I still have some facial swelling in my forehead. How long should I wait until I can safely have a nose job?
Answer: After a brow lift, you can safely have a nose job once the healing of the previous procedure is achieved. It may be advisable to wait until all the swelling is completely gone in the forehead before performing a rhinoplasty procedure. Septorhinoplasty may create some swelling around the nose after the surgery and this will also be on top of the previous swelling. Some surgeons may perform brow lift and rhinoplasty at the same time.
